Craig Glazer serves as the Vice President of Federal Government Policy for PJM Interconnection. Mr. Glazer coordinates all of PJM’s regulatory and legislative policies before Congress, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commissions, the United States Department of Energy and other federal agencies. PJM operates the largest competitive wholesale electricity market in the world and serves over 9% of the United States population. Mr. Glazer heads PJM’s Washington, D.C. office. Prior to PJM, Mr. Glazer served as Commissioner and Chairman of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. As its longest-serving Chairman, he oversaw the state’s move toward deregulation of its telephone, natural gas, transportation and electric industries. Mr. Glazer is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Dr. William M. Before joining CCX, Dr. Ferretti was the Executive Director of GLOBE USA, a nonpartisan membership organization comprised of environmentally minded senators and representatives from the U.S. Congress. During his tenure at GLOBE, he led a series of U.S. and international initiatives aimed at advancing the Congressional debate over climate change policy and engaging members of Congress with their peers from parliaments around the globe in dialogue about this critical issue. Prior to joining GLOBE USA, Dr. Ferretti was Executive Director of the National Recycling Coalition, the nation’s largest non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of recycling. From 1988 to 1996 he served with the New York State Department of Economic Development, where he was founding director of the nation’s first market development program for recycling. For their groundbreaking work, Dr. Ferretti and the Department received one of the first Presidential Awards for Sustainable Development. Ken Ogawa has over 20 years experience leading facilities management, engineering, environmental, and construction organizations supporting a diverse mixture facilities. He worked on designing naval nuclear reactors for propulsion, then on space-based power systems and later managed engineering training programs and led development of enabling technologies using partnering relationships. He then moved to commercial operations, supporting fossil equipment sales worldwide. After 8 years in HQ commercial roles, Mr. Frick became a field-based sales manager, selling aftermarket services to the generation industry. Presently, Mr. Frick works on the sales side with utilities, independent power producers, and developers on fossil and wind projects.

Terry Nicol

Consultant, Tetratech

Terry Nicol has been working in the renewable energy field for the last five years. He spent the first four of those years developing wind farms in Pennsylvania, New York and New England, including the 150 MW Allegheny Ridge Wind Farm in western Pennsylvania. Mr. Nicol is currently working at Tetra Tech as a consultant for other wind developers. The focus of his work at Tetra Tech has been the 300 MW Hardin Wind Farm in western Ohio, the first wind farm to submit an application to the Ohio Power Siting Board under its new regulations.
